Access your Class - Tech Check

Technical check to access your class in the best conditions

When accessing your Class, you will be required to pass a technical check to ensure you're all set for your lesson.
To complete your tech check, make sure your browser is up to date and allow access to your microphone and camera.

First of all a pop up will appear with the following message: evc.ef.com wants to use your microphone & use your camera.

Make sure you click on Allow to start your tech check.
Please be aware that some browsers block pop ups. In that case allow the pop up to appear by clicking on the search bar.

Once you've allowed the system to access your microphone and camera the technical check will start and consists of 3 steps:

1. Browser Check
   Upon launch, the system will check if your browser is up to date. We recommend you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for a better experience.
   If your browser is not up to date you will be prompted to update it at that stage.
    
2. Audio Device Check
   Your microphone will be checked. You might be asked to speak to ensure it is working correctly.
    
3. Video Device Check
   You will see a video streaming from your camera and the system will assess if your camera is working correctly.
   You can decide if you want to show the video or not.
   Please note that the video is only available for Private Classes not for Group Classes. In Group Classes the video feed is one way; only you can see your teacher.

The Tech check is as easy as 1.2.3 and you are now all set to start your class! Have a good time with your teacher!
