During your course you will need to allow access to your microphone to be able to complete your exercises.
Whenever your course needs your microphone to be enabled, you will see a pop up at the top corner of your page with the following message: englishlive.ef.com wants to use your microphone.
Please click on Allow in order for the system to access your microphone so you can record your exercise
Please be aware that some browsers block pop-ups. If this is the case, click on the icon in your search bar to display the pop up and then allow the microphone as shown above.
If you are still having issues, just click on 'Having Trouble' and you will be able to download a more recent version of your browser.
Video is an option for some Classes. If you wish to enable the video for your Classes, you will need to allow access as described above to the camera and click on show video when your class starts.
